At Thrumina, we build products that help you see what's happening around your home without the hassle of drilling, subscriptions, or complicated setups. We stand behind every camera we sell, and we want you to feel completely confident in your purchase.

We recommend using your Thrumina camera for at least 7 days before considering a return. Give it a full week on your window, test the night vision, check your alerts, and see how it fits into your routine. If after 7 days and within our 90-day money-back guarantee you're not satisfied for any reason, we'll take care of you. Reach out to us at home@thrumina.com.

Cancellation Policy

If you need to change or cancel your order, please contact us within 24 hours of placing it. After that window, your order will have entered processing and we may not be able to make changes. If you cancel within 24 hours, your refund will be processed within 7 business days.

90-Day Money-Back Guarantee

We're confident that once you see your Thrumina camera in action, you'll wonder how you went without it. But if you're not happy after giving it at least 7 days, you have a full 90 days from the date of delivery to return it for a complete refund.

To start a return, fill out the form on our Contact Us page or email us directly at support@thrumina.com. To speed things up, please include your order number or the name and email address you used when you placed your order. Please note that shipping fees, if applicable, are not refundable.

Damaged Items

We package every Thrumina camera carefully to make sure it arrives in perfect condition. If your camera arrives damaged, please let us know within 72 hours of delivery by emailing support@thrumina.com with a clear photo of the damage. We'll determine if you're eligible for a free replacement.

Please note that we consider an item damaged if it has a defect or is physically broken on arrival. Minor cosmetic damage to the outer shipping box with the product in working condition is not considered damage. We do not refund, replace, or accept returns for items damaged through normal use, wear and tear, or misuse.

Shipping and Delivery

We do our best to get your order to you quickly, but once your package is in the hands of the shipping carrier, delivery timelines are outside our control. This includes delays caused by the courier, customs, weather, or other factors during transit. If you experience a delivery issue, please contact the carrier directly using the tracking number provided in your shipping confirmation email.

Thrumina is not responsible for packages that are lost, stolen, or delayed after they have been handed off to the carrier.

Incorrect Shipping Address

Please double-check your shipping address at checkout. It is your responsibility to make sure the address is correct. If we are not notified of an address error within 24 hours of placing your order, we will not be able to offer a resend or refund for orders shipped to the wrong address.
